I was motorcycling around Europe in 1996 when I read about a group of bikers riding from Berlin to Nicosia, Cyprus. Berlin was now no longer divided and Nicosia was the last divided city in Europe. To say it was a bit of a mess traveling with 86 other bikers from various countries, some with their kids, all with their prejudices, being the only American, was to put it lightly.
