The Single Portable SAE Legacy Heat-troller

The circuit board is the same latest Portable Heat-troller Version 12. All the Chinese controllers are copies of our version 6, about 18 years old and with a part left out off. Which is why they often fail. And when they do they are dead. Like our Remote Heat-troller, the Legacy Heat-trollers are protected from shorts, overloads, reverse polarity, and water. They use the SAE designed connector we developed with 16awg wire and a SPT-1 automotive grade overmold that is designed for -40 degree F temperature. The SAE Battery Harness comes with a 15amp fuse.

YES OF COURSE - ALL HEAT-TROLLERS ARE WATERPROOF!

If you want to use the Battery Tender cable that comes on many bikes that has a SAE connector on it, then you need to swap the fuse in the Tender cable with a 15Amp one you can buy at an automotive supply store.

WARRANTY

We build for longevity and durability. We have previous versions of our Heat-trollers still fully functional and in use after 20 years. If it fails due to faulty parts or manufacturing within 3 YEARS of your purchase we WILL replace or fix it.

All warranties will be voided IF the following guidelines are not followed:

* Do not cut off the plugs, Ring connectors or CUT ANYTHING!
* Only use the battery harness supplied with the controller, cigarette plug adaptor, or BMW power port adaptor provided to power your Heat-troller! Attempting to use a home-made BMW or cigarette plug adaptor or Fuse Blocks will void the warranty.
* The Heat-troller should be installed in accordance with the enclosed instructions. We are not responsible for units damaged by incorrect installation, improper use or shorts in the clothing made by others.
