Trade In Rules

The way the Trade In works is after you order, you will be emailed a RMA that will explain how & where to ship the old items or destroy them, that you are trading in. If you need them until the new products come, tell us in the comment field when you place the order.

Also, it seems I now have to say the following: This Trade Up program is a heck of a deal. You cannot use a discount, promo or coupon code with a Trade Up item. Same with Outlet Store items. If you mix Trade Up and/or Outlet Store items, and sales or regular priced items, then the discount will be taken on the sales or regular priced items only!

Dual Remote Control Mounted Heat-troller

The Dual Remote Control Mounted Heat-troller is a product based on the circuit design of our latest Remote Control Heat-troller, but replaces the old Dual Mounted Heat-troller. The complaint we received with the old version was that it require plugging two power lines to run both the jacket liner and the gloves. With the Dual Remote Mounted Heat-troller, the receiver is in the jacket liner or heat layer pocket always connected to them and the gloves or ready to plug to the pants. Only one power cable needs to be plugged to the receiver.

The remote control is Velcro under the fairing with the switches and LEDs panel mounted to some place covenant to be reached. The remote control is powered by a switched source like the running lights. The reason it comes with two battery harnesses is so you use one with the power from the battery to the receiver in your heated gear. The other one is to use to power the Remote control. You can cut it down to the size you need since you will be running off a switched power source like the running lights. That way you do not need a relay or a fuse for it. the Remote control only uses a few milli-amps to run the radio.

Another advantage to this setup is that if you need to remove the fairing to work on the bike, the power for the remote just unplugs and the fairing can move away from the bike. This Heat-troller is designed for 1 person to control 2 sections of heated clothing only.

WARRANTY

We build for longevity and durability. We have previous versions of our Heat-trollers still fully functional and in use after 20 years. If it fails due to faulty parts or manufacturing within 3 YEARS of your purchase we WILL replace or fix it. All warranties will be voided IF the following guidelines are not followed: * Do not cut off the plugs, Ring connectors or CUT ANYTHING! * Only use the battery harness supplied with the controller, cigarette plug adaptor, or BMW power port adaptor provided to power your Heat-troller! Attempting to use a home-made BMW or cigarette plug adaptor or Fuse Blocks will void the warranty. * The Heat-troller should be installed in accordance with the enclosed instructions. We are not responsible for units damaged by incorrect installation, improper use or shorts in the clothing made by others.
