The Men's Heated Liner Jacket produces 90 Watts of heat with a draw of 7.5A at 12.8v. Believe it or not there are those that do not realize that the motorcycle or ATV when running actually can put our up to 15.25Volts. That means the liner will actually produce more heat with the vehicle running than with the engine turned off. You will see us sometimes using 12.8V and sometimes 13.8V in talking about the Watts of heat and the Amps of draw. Don't get confused, it is just a base line for reference. So if you are going to test our heated gear, do so with the engine running to get the right Voltage and Amps to simulate being on the road.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size. The return process was quick and efficient and I received the correct size in a matter of days. The quality of the liner is great. The liner heats up quickly, and you will need a temperature controller. I am now able to just wear the liner, and long sleeve shirt and not multiple layers of clothing under my GoreTex jacket. The glove connections in the sleeve's are fantastic. I can now get rid of the long V harness that runs down your arms. I could not be happier with this liner.

Finally got a chance to really test my Generation WaterProof liner. It was 30F this morning when I left for work and 60F on the way home. Wearing identical gear, I was comfortable on both rides. I wear a kevlar mesh jacket over the liner, and I was toasty warm at 30F, with the controller set to about 50%. It's nice to wear the thin liner under the jacket all the time instead of the bulky windproof liner for my kevlar jacket, and not have to stuff my fleece into my backpack for the ride home.
Super convenient, super comfortable!

I have had this jacket for 2 month and I also have the heated gloves for over a year. I use them on a daily basis to commute to work when the weather turns cold. The coldest ride was 19 degrees. The jacket & gloves kept me warm my entire ride. I know people who saw me thought I was crazy.. maybe but I was very comfortable the entire ride. It is a great product. You will not be disappointed.

I needed a new heated liner, and I picked up the Generation Waterproof. Worth every penny.
Much thinner, more flexible, and more windproof than my jacket's quilted liner, this is the perfect substitution and I tend to carry it on the bike 3 seasons a year for those unexpected polar vortexes.
The dual-zone (jacket and glove) wireless controller is awesome and integrates perfectly.
I find I'm plenty comfortable down to -16c (3f) with this liner.
I do suggest you pay attention to what colour they sent you vs what you ordered. I didn't realize I received the wrong colour until I had already worn it.
