I live in Utah. I purchased the Ultimate Touring Gloves and the Gen 4 Jacket Liner. I tested them out a couple weeks ago on a two hour ride with temperatures in the low to mid 20 degree's F. I also wore my adventure riding jacket over the Gen 4 Jacket Liner. Between the gloves and the Gen 4 jacket liner, I rode for 2 hours, and was very comfortable. I could have ridden much longer. I was impressed. I've been using a nice pair of HELD winter riding gloves, but they are much bulkier and just can't come close to the warmth provided by the heated gloves. One regret I have is I wish I would have purchased a dual control heat troller. With the riding jacket on over the Gen 4 Jacket, I was actually borderline too hot when my hands were just right. It would be nice to control them separately. To balance them out I cracked some of the air vents on my jacket and it work o.k. If you find yourself fighting the cold on your rides, these will make a huge difference. They are expensive, but they work. I just recommend getting the dual controller if you plan to get both the gloves and jacket.

My principle reason (other than being heated of course) for buying these is the hard shell protection. All the other features are very useful and work as you might expect. The gloves also have the "feel" of being a quality product, and look terrific.
These are the best heated gloves I've used. In that context they rate 5 stars. But imo they're not the best they could be.
It's my 2nd pair of these W&S gloves (I had another W&S type before that)- I seem to get 3-4 years before the left glove stops working and repairing them (other than the coax connector part) doesn't seem to be an option. So if I had a suggestion, it would be to see if that could be improved.
Another minor suggestion is that I'd prefer the plug wire from the glove to be an inch or two longer. Makes it easier to get them connected.
Other than that, great gloves as I said: and W&S provides excellent customer service.

Great fit and finish. Thin enough to also effectively use heated grips (yes, my hands are susceptible to cold, having had frost bite years ago).
Used daily on recently completed 6-day, 2400 mile trip throughout southern Appalachians, w temps ranging 30-70f. Rode through light rain - remained dry. Used along with new Warm & Safe jacket and Bluetooth dual troller.
Used Gerbings for years, which was fine but after 10 yrs. and intermittent glove circuitry started failing, so it was time.
I rarely write reviews, but this stuff flat out works, is comfortable and has good tactile feel in bars.

I've been riding for many years and have not been one to stray away from riding in the cold. Layers and layers, thicker gloves, etc... and after some time, I'd eventually get cold. There is no doubt that buying heated gear is a big commitment, but after reading glowing review after glowing review about Warm and Safe's product and customer service, I took the plunge.
The Ultimate Touring Gloves are very well made. The leather is extremely supple, so there is no break-in needed. They do not feel bulky while holding the grips or operating the brake/clutch. The heat is amazing. I recently tested them out on a 2-1/2 hour ride with the temps in the 30s/40s. I was perfectly comfortable and was easily able to adjust them on the fly to keep it that way.
On note on size. I find that I typically wear a medium in most MC gloves. According to W&S's sizing chart, I'd be a large (based on hand measurements). I went with my gut and ordered the medium and boy am I glade that I did. Perfect fit.

Being able to palm a basketball I needed the 3X and contacted Mike since they were unavailable at the time. He let me know they were on order and when they were stocked I ordered a pair. They came promptly and fit fine. They are a terrific addition with the heated grips on the BMW and on the old cruiser they really take the bite out of the sub freezing air even at 80 mph. Construction looks quite good and I expect these gloves to last quite a while. There are imitations on the market but I prefer doing business with a leader and innovator in the field. Customer service is excellent and I would not hesitate to recommend W & S to anyone interested in buying heated gear.
