We are constantly making our products better. To thank you for your loyalty, if you have any older versions of OUR Heated Liners, you can get a discount by agreeing to send the old one in for the newest design. If you have one made by some other company, you can trade that in also but not for as much of a discount. But still it is a way to get rid of less quality product.
You place the order, you will get an RMA and instructions on returning the old item or how to destroy it. If it is an item that must be returned as part of the trade in and you need to keep it until you get the new one, please tell us when you place the order.
Only items you trade in get these prices.

I traded venture gloves that stopped working and no help or reaction from venture. so I traded up and am very happy. all fits well, the gloves feel broke in the day I put them on and work great.

I traded up to the W&S Rider Classic gloves from a G-brand glove. The trade up program made the choice easier. What I got in the new gloves...softer leather (than my six-year old gloves!), no wires poking through in the fingers, heat distributed and controlled across the top of my hands with a traditional fit. At 70 mph @ 29 degrees...these gloves fit the bill.

I used the sizing method on the website and measured "XL." The gloves DID fit but quite snugly and did not allow me to ride long distasnce and "cover" the front brake without discomfort after a while. They very graciously allowed an exchange for "XXL;s" which are perfectly comfortable.

Outstanding gloves. Traded up from HD brand gloves that were several years old. I requested quick shipping and received the gloves the next day.

The W&S gloves were a perfect fit. They were well-stitched and seem to be a very solid glove. They are less bulky than my best non-electric cold weather riding gloves, and are also less bulky than my old electric gloves, giving me better control and grip while riding. Most importantly, they work extremely well, keeping my hands warm, as I've had the opportunity to use them several times this season. Keep up the good work.
I'm very happy I upgraded.
