Single Portable Heat-troller Coax Comes with a 32inch Battery Harness with covered fuse holder & Velcro Recommended for All Heated Clothing
Options: Battery Tender Adapter Set - This is a 2 adapter set of cables to convert the Battery Tender battery harness and Battery Tender device to Coax connection making it easier to use and to make it easier to plug our heated gear in to it. Everyone knows that for the old style SAE connector to make a good connection it needs to fit tight. Those who have had the experiance knows what a pain it is to unplug the connection. By putting these cables on and leaving them you now have a more efficient connection and yet one that unplugs without damaging your hand or the bike.
Warning: If you are going to do this then swap the fuse in the Tender cable with the one you received with the Heat-troller battery harness, so it will handle the draw. You need at least 15A fuse in the battery harness.
Features: Electronic, solid state design coupled with analog control for a full range of heat, with minimum power loss
LED provides visual feedback for On, Off, Power Level & Polarity
Sealed Switch with tactile On/Off with 300° rotation, providing heat from 3% to full on!
Heat-troller is waterproof and can be left on the bike in the rain
Solid State, High Tech, Safe & Reliable Electronics designed by us
Fits comfortably into the palm of the hand or pocket or on the Bike or Scooter or Horse or just about anywhere!
Battery harness made of automotive grade wire that is resistant to oil, acid, water and grime with automotive style fuse

I've used heated gear for about 20 years and finally got a HeatTroller to use with my new W&S 90W Gen4 liner. It's a combination made in riding heaven!
The HT allows very precise regulation of the considerable heat potential of the the 90W liner; in fact, the liner gets so hot on high that I think it would be unusable with the HT.
The HT's knob is about as small as it can be and still be useable with gloves. I'd prefer a bit more resistance or "feel" to the knob to make adjusting it with heavier gloves easier but it works well and holds its position. If you do bump it, you'll know very quickly as you'll either be too chilly or too hot in short order.
It took some time to figure out how to deal with all the wires involved with the Heat Troller but with a bit of planning, two wire ties and the velcro included in the package, I ended up with a very neat installation on my R1200RT that I can move to another bike in seconds. (I chose the portable unit because I try to avoid drilling holes in expensive fairing panels if I can avoid it.)

I ordered a new coax singular controller a couple months ago. Carried it on my dirt bike but didn't secure it. Noticed many miles down the trail it was gone. Arrrgh!
Ordered a second on as W&S is the best. I'll be more careful with this one.

I replaced a Widder controller with this Warm & Safe product. I also purchased the BMW Plug to Coax Jack 18 inch Adapter Cable and Cable with Coax Plug to use with my Widder vest and gloves. The Warm & Safe controller works better than the original Widder controller and the connections are better. I will replace the Widder heated clothing with Warm & Safe gear. Now I have the controller waiting on the replacements.
