Warm & Safe Heated Gear is seeking an experienced Retail Showroom Manager to oversee the development of showrooms and kiosks across the US. We are launching small showrooms and kiosks in key metro areas to promote and sell our new line of heated clothing. These spaces will be highly creative representing the new Warm & Safe product lines. 

You will oversee all aspects of the showrooms and retail space from build out, to local buzz marketing and rental agreements. You should be highly creative, understand retail, educated in the Crocs kiosk marketing model. This position requires previous experience in physical retail, ideally managing a set of retail locations.

Responsibilities:

• Manage development of showrooms in key metro areas
• Develop scalable platform to launch pop-up shops city by city
• Oversee marketing of local showrooms to drive foot traffic
• Drive direct transactions in store.
• Facilitate other team members in throwing weekly events
• This position requires travel.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience managing retail locations
• Able to drive marketing buzz and network with local communities
• Excellent organization and project management skills
• Excited to work in a fast-paced, creative and productive company
