This is our new lower power draw Heated Liners. It is a Full Liner with Heated Sleeves and Collar. Drawing less than 5 Amps at 13 volts and over 60 watts of heat, this Liner is safer to use with motorcycles that have weak charging systems or with rechargable batteries, the car power port and in the home with a 12 volt 5 Amp power adapter.
