The Warm & Safe "Ultimate" Gloves have Changed. From the beginning I have been trying to make a heated glove that met both the needs of the winter biker and my desire for gloves that were designed for 3 seasons. I have finally found a way to do it. Make two different Gloves! We now have the Ultimate Touring and the Ultimate Sport. But none of our gloves are deep winter gloves! They are not designed to keep your hands warm at 10 degs. Come on, think about it. What is the insulation you have over your liner and then think about the thin layer of leather and insulation in the glove. If you want a thick heavy glove with no feel or flexibility then you need to buy something else. Or get a glove cover from Aerostich and wear it over the gloves as another wind block on those really cold days.
Gloves Troubleshooting:
For those people that bought our early Rider Gloves, IF the QC tag in the glove contain the numbers either 3040 or 3022 contact us and we will exchange it for our new design. We need Proof of Purchase if you did not buy it from us. This offer is for End Users or Dealers. Exchanges and Returns
Also, if you have a set of Rider Gloves with the First Gear Label and they have failed look at the QC tag and see if the numbers are 3155. Then just email us at Exchanges and Returns
We have been getting a number of different comments on our heated gloves. We think that they all make sense but it is imposible to make one glove to fit all needs. So here are the specs for "The Ultimate Touring" with more insulation and a "waterproof" liner. "The Ultimate Sports" Gloves have no "waterproof" liner and the foam has been removed from the underside of the hand and fingers giving it less bulk and better feel for the bike.

Clssic Gloves
The Warm & Safe Heated "Classic" Gloves will have pretty much the same specs as "The Ultimate" but with no Carbon Fiber Protection. The Women's "Classic" Rider Glove has shorter fingers and is sized for women on the size chart.
The Passenger glove is designed for the Passenger whose needs are different from the Rider. Therefore, it has heat in the palms.
