Developed over the course of many years of touring and riding all over the world, we have designed this liner with many features we consider essential - not gimmicks. In fact, once you take a look at the features in this innovative liner, we think you'll agree this is the best heated jacket liner on the market! Our competitors did. We have heated clothing designed for women and cut to women's sizes! Designed by a woman for women, it has all the great features of the men's liner but with shaping where it counts, dropped back hem for warming the lower back and a shorter length so that it won't stick out from under your leather jacket. And they are 30% lighter than the men's liner and they develop as much heat with less power draw. Check it out!
Heated Clothing is not just about motorcycling on big bikes. Now even the weakest charging system can have a full heated liner identical to our other liners except for the draw and the heat. With the "Calientito!” Jacket Liner (65 Watts at 13.8 volts)you will not be stretching your power too far. Works great also in cars. Just plugged to the cigarette power port. It will not over heat the socket like other heated liners. Also you can power it by a wall power adapter plug AC in/DC out.

1. The Warm & Safe Heated Liner Jackets are made to be light, thin and body fitting. The Generation 2 & Generation 3 are identical in quality, design, weight, thinnest, in ALL WAYS except the Generation 3 is a MICROFIBER Polyester. The difference is the material we use. the Gen 2 is a breathable non-coated Nylon Taffeta. The Gen 3 is a wind stopping, water repellant, wicking, breathing microfiber. It is the better liner to buy if it is to be worn under a mesh jacket. Both with Polartek Fleece at the neck, which is also heated, providing comfort while free of moisture. The Polartek Fleece keeps the wet from rain away from your neck.
Lycra stretch panels allow a form fitting close fit to the body without sacrificing comfort, and allow optimum heat transfer to the body.
This garment is designed to deliver serious heat in an instant when the weather is seriously cold. There is heat in the sleeves, in the front, in the lower back, in the upper back and in the neck for full heat coverage.
Our liner is designed to be temperature neutral. As you ride through warm and cold zones you won't have to stop by the side of the road to dress and undress.
2. Zippered hand pockets and integrated plugs for connecting gloves and pants are also hidden in small zippered pockets when not in use. Eureka! No more dangly cords when sipping coffee at the cafe...
All our liners come wired with glove and pants connectors. All the wiring is in parallel so that if one wire fails, the whole liner does not. But with our unique wiring for gloves and pants, you can, with slight modification, run Widder gloves with our liners.
3. Because of an ingenious design, we have made each Liner capable of running with either a single or dual heat-troller. Yes they did copy this also!
4. Every Warm & Safe Liner comes with a stowing pouch so that you can pack it away using minimal space when not in use. Packing Size is only 12 x 10 x 2 inches thick! Yes they did copy this idea also!
5. Since we developed the use of the DC Coax Power Plug and Jack for Heated Clothing, ALL Warm & Safe Heated Clothing use our designed Connectors which give a better connection, are smaller, and are plug compatible with the other copies on the market.
6. And they are Warm! The Men's Heated Liner Jacket produces 90 Watts of heat with a draw of 7.5A at 12.8v. The Women's Heated Liner Jacket produces 90 Watts of heat with a draw of 7.A at 12.8v. The New "Calientito!” and "Calientita!” are designed for lower power used making only 65 Watts of Heat with a draw of less than 5 amps at 12.8 Volts
Please Take Note. Our Heated Clothing does not come with a Heat-troller or an ON/OFF Switch or even a Battery Harness. Our Heated Clothing Gets Too Warm to Use Without a Heat-troller. If you don't Have a Heat-troller, Remember to Order One.
