I've toughed out riding year round in NY for many years without heated gear. The Warm & Safe Gen 4 heated jacket has been a wonderful treat for me. Using the remote dual zone controller makes keeping comfortable very simple and trouble-free. The heat is instant and easily adjustable and the jacket looks good when worn by itself. Warm & Safe's customer service is the best in the business. Just read the praises heaped on them by thousands of users in forums all over the world.
Buy Warm & Safe. You'll be very happy you did.

I have never owned heated gear until now. I am not one to just buy whatever, I read, read some more and read more still. Additionally I read review after review of many heated gear makers with my ultimate decision being Warm & Safe.
This jacket liner is as comfortable as a cozy hoodie. You don't sounds like an 80's kid with the swishing plastic either so another bonus.
Now for the nuts and bolts. Personally I don't care for the reflective bits but I do understand why they are there. I admit that is actually my only complaint. Paired with the wireless dual heat troller this kept me nice and warm as I crossed the Grapevine at 32 degrees and falling snow and that was on 3/4 heat. I neglected to wear the pant liner (dumb, dumb, dumb me) but my torso was plenty comfortable.
Jacket liners are supposed to fit "snugly" against your body. I ordered my t-shirt size as it suggests and the fit is fantastic. It is snug against my body but with the flex panels it doesn't feel as though I am wearing my jacket from little league days. Yet again another bonus.
I heard it over and over, once you get heated gear you will question yourself as to what took so long. Yes that is absolutely the case and now I will be getting some heated gloves despite having heated grips. Ohhhhh to be Warm & Safe & of course toasty warm!!!!

Very comfortable when worn under an outer jacket. I rode for 3 hours with temps in the 30's and the heater troller set at about half power. Quick warm-up and fast service. This is my first heated garment. Why did I wait so long?

I spent a lot of time researching the different brands of heated clothing. I decided to purchase Warm and Safe after much deliberation and could not be happier. Not only is the jacket awesome but their customer service is top notch as well. Thank you!

My wife and I both had Widder heated vests and used them for many years. I bought a Gen 3 Warm N Safe heated liner for my wife and she loved it. I later bought myself a Gen 3 and wanted to exchange it for a larger size but there were no more available in the size I wanted so I paid the difference for a Gen 4. I was happy with my vest for over ten years but over the years I thought the heated collar of the jacket liner would be nice. I'm glad I got the jacket liner as the heated collar and heated arms are a nice toasty upgrade from my old vest!
I ordered the Gen 3 in the beginning because I didn't like what appeared to be white reflective stripes in the picture of the Gen 4. I was pleasantly surprised when the liner arrived and I found that the reflective material actually is black, it just looks white in the website pictures. Deata and Mike were both helpful when I needed to exchange my new liner for a larger size. Thanks Warm N Safe for your customer service.
