Loved my older jacket I just had to take advantage of Trade up offer. Process went extremely smooth. Did not lose any riding time at all.
New, slightly up-sized Gen 3 jacket fit and function is perfect.
For my $$ this product outshines Gerbings, BMW etc.

After 6+ years I had to replace my former heated jacket. The W&S trade-in program and upgraded technology was fantastic. Did I mention the great service - responsive to customer? The Gen3 heated liner was perfectly warm without any hot spots at 70 mph with 27 degree weather. The liner was more snug, but also more flexible without any wire feeling. The connections were secure and my traditional controller managed everything, liner and gloves perfectly. I'm glad I moved to W&S away from G.!

Getting such a good deal made the trade-in a no-brainer. The wire to the RH glove on my old liner snapped at the male plug--probably a result of stress from the folded-over angle when plugged in. After 4 years, the old liner wasn't producing the same high heat level. New liner does this well. Only criticism: for a size 16 neck the collar on the new XL liner seems looser than the old one.

I did an exchange from an old, too large jacket. Was a GREAT deal and the new one fits and performs 100% better ! One small niggle...I wear a two piece Darien and it would fit even better if there was elastic at the waist of the jacket.
